Introduction
limonow is a business tool built for limousine and chauffeur companies. It helps operators capture leads, send quotes, collect payments, and manage the booking pipeline end-to-end. The product is live at limonow.io.
The core idea: a company embeds a chatbot or booking form on their website. A visitor asks for a quote; the chatbot conversationally collects trip details (pickup, dropoff, passengers, luggage, vehicle preference) and returns a price. The booking form does the same in a step-by-step layout. Both are fully customizable: branding, colors, which questions appear, and in what order.
Business Dashboard & Pipeline
Every quote becomes a lead in a dashboard where teams spend most of their time. Leads sit in lists that act like pipeline stages such as Quoted, Won, Lost, and custom stages the company defines. Staff can assign leads, apply discounts, and send payment links by email. Payments run through Stripe or PayPal, depending on configuration.
Visual Flow & Quote Formula
A visual flow editor lets owners design the exact conversation the chatbot follows, or the sequence of questions in the form. A quote formula builder defines pricing rules, base prices per vehicle, and conditional logic so quotes generate automatically without manual calculation.
Industry Integration
For operators on GNet (a common limo dispatch platform), limonow integrates so trips can be priced with GNet rates and pushed to dispatch once a booking is confirmed.
Team & Permissions
Three access levels:
- Account owner: full control over billing, integrations, and team management
- Admins: manage staff and leads
- Staff: day-to-day lead work with narrower permissions
Email Automation
Businesses create templated emails triggered by rules, for example a confirmation right after booking, a reminder the day before pickup, or post-trip follow-up. Automations can be toggled, tested, then taken live.
Analytics & Notifications
An analytics area includes charts, funnel views, staff performance, and data export. Notifications keep the team updated in real time when leads arrive or statuses change.
Billing & Documentation
limonow runs on subscriptions with modules and plans so companies buy what they need and scale. I also built a documentation site for setup, configuration, and day-to-day usage.
